Mrs Jackson is our Owner and Head Teacher and has been working in childcare since 2005. Her qualifications include a Level 4 Montessori graduate and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Mrs Jackson is one of the Designated Nursery Safeguarding Leads.

Miss Amanda joined our nursery family in April 2021. At nursery you can often find Miss Amanda singing songs or setting up the messy play area. Miss Amanda is one of the Designated Nursery Safeguarding Leads.

Miss Kate joined the nursery in January 2023 and has over 20 years' experience working in childcare. As a self described ``outdoors person``, she was the perfect choice to lead our Woodland School. Miss Kate is a Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Miss Lisa joined the nursery in June 2025 and has over 25 years' experience in childcare. A lover of the great outdoors and a qualified Forest School Teacher, she works closely with Miss Kate with our Woodies as well as supporting in all our rooms and particularly in Butterflies.

Miss Ellie joined the nursery in January 2026 and works in our Blossoms room. She is a qualified Teacher so is a fantastic addition to our early years team at Little Pippins.

Miss Jemima joined Little Pippins in January 2026 and is our newest Early Years Apprentice, initially working in Little Buds whilst undertaking her Level 3 in childcare, but she will experience all the rooms as part of her training.

Miss Zoe joined the nursery in September 2025 and is working in our baby (Little Pips) room. This is her first job in childcare but her mum was a child minder so she has been around the sector her entire life.

Miss Lizzie joined the nursery in September 2025. This is her first role in early years education, but as a trained English teacher who previously worked in a school, she brings valuable experience to Little Pippins.

Miss Roxy joined us in September 2024 as part of her Apprenticeship in Childcare. She is about to complete her Level 3 in Childcare but is already setting her sights even higher as she begins her career in early years education. Miss Roxy is also one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads.
